Product Exchanges
Exchanges are available for products of equal value within 30 days of purchase.
For exchanges of products with different values:If the new product has a higher value, you will be charged the difference.If the new product has a lower value, you will receive store credit for the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging to support@leonardolaboratories.com.
Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.
